Pure Leisure Group is actively seeking customer service advisors to join their already established team , in a small call centre, which is based at Company Head Office.

- Outbound call centre experience preferred – no cold calling you will only be contacting our own customer base
- To be target driven and have a real desire to exceed
- Good Computer skills
- Needs to be confident using Excel, Word and Email
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to blend between Inbound and Outbound calls
- Working hours on a rota including Bank Holidays and Weekends - 5 out of 7 days covering shifts between 8am - 8pm
- Successful applicants will receive full training

Sales Executive

Exciting opportunities with Pure Leisure Group.

Pure Leisure Group is actively seeking experienced Sales Executives to join already established teams across their busy UK holiday parks.

Finding the right people is our priority and that is why no previous industry experience of selling holiday homes or caravan is required, comprehensive training and support will be provided to the right applicants.

In this position you will be responsible for handling enquiries, making appointments, conducting park tours and helping potential owners make an informed decision when choosing their holiday home. This position involves working weekends and public holidays.

Billing Aquadrome

Purchasing Manager

Full time position - Monday to Friday - (Some weekend and public holidays may be required)
Start date ASAP

As Purchasing Manager you will be required to manage and oversee the majority of spending across a range of categories on a large, busy holiday park, working alongside the Group Purchasing Manager to move forward with the procurement strategy.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Management of suppliers and contractors including but not limited to KPI tracking, regular price/service analysis, contract management, coordination of purchasing policy and compliance.
• Timely processing of all purchase invoices in line with our purchase order system working alongside the finance team on park.
• Supply chain troubleshooting & problem solving.
• Sourcing and liaising with potential suppliers.
• Identify cost saving opportunities, issues, and risks and implementing changes to achieve/overcome.
• Improved spend procedures and management across the park working alongside Park Managers and various HOD’s.
• Effectively manage relationships between appropriate contacts – internal & external.
• Oversee departmental stock control, coordination and management

The successful candidate will:
• Be IT literate

• Have a business financial acumen
• Hold strong negotiation skills
• Be highly numerate and analytical
• Be self-motivated and proactive
• Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the ability to work in pressurised situations and stay in agreed timescales
• Be creative & resourceful with an eye for detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is required, within the caravan industry would be an advantage

Moving & Siting Supervisor – reporting directly to the GM

Full time position


We are looking for a Moving & Siting Supervisor to provide a professional service for the park responsible for supervising, supporting and motivating the grounds team to deliver exceptional service standards to owners, holidaymakers and guests. This role includes working at weekends and public holidays.

The successful applicant would support the GM ensuring:
• Well organised moving and siting team, issuing daily job sheets to ensure all work is done in a timely manner
• Full compliance with health and safety legislation
• Team member management
• Management of time keeping for the siting team
• Team members are kept up to date with on going training
• Safe working practices
• Records are maintained
• Team member reviews
• Keeping GM up to date of any issues before they escalate


The successful candidate will:

Have previous management experience within role.
Experience in moving and siting Caravans
Capable of moving Caravans with both Diggers and 4 wheel drive
Basic plumbing and basic electrical knowledge
Have good IT skills; be computer literate and familiar with all Microsoft packages.
Have a flexible approach and the capacity for sustained hard work.
Be capable of showing initiative

Maintenance Supervisor – reporting directly to the GM

Full time position


We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to provide a professional service for the park responsible for supervising, supporting and motivating the maintenance team to deliver exceptional service standards to owners, holidaymakers and guests. This role includes working at weekends and public holidays.

The successful applicant would support the GM ensuring:
• Well organised maintenance team, issuing daily job sheets to ensure all maintenance is done in a timely manner
• Full compliance with health and safety legislation
• Team member management
• Management of time keeping for the maintenance team
• Team members are kept up to date with on going training
• Safe working practices
• Maintain records and update job requests with relevant departments
• Team member reviews
• Keeping GM up to date of any issues before they escalate

The successful candidate will:

Have previous management experience within role.
Have a proven track record of maintenance on Caravans or Houses with kitchen and bathroom fitting skills, experience of a large site maintenance, and if not qualified will have a working knowledge of Gas Electric and Plumbing.
Have good IT skills; be computer literate and familiar with all Microsoft packages.
Have a flexible approach and the capacity for sustained hard work.
Be capable of showing initiative

We are looking for a Grounds Supervisor to provide a professional service for the park responsible for supervising, supporting and motivating the grounds team to deliver exceptional service standards to owners, holidaymakers and guests. This role includes working at weekends and public holidays.

The successful applicant would support the GM ensuring:
• Well organised grounds team, issuing daily job sheets to ensure all grounds work is done in a timely manner the park is kept clean, tidy and free from litter and hazards at all times.
• Full compliance with health and safety legislation and COSHH regulations.
• Team member management to ensure all regulations and park rules are observed
• Management of time keeping for the grounds team
• Team members are kept up to date with on going training
• Safe working practices
• Records are maintained
• Team member reviews
• Keeping GM up to date of any issues before they escalate

The successful candidate will:

Have previous management experience within role.
Experience in Working with Concrete shuttering and Flag laying and sit clearance
Be able to show knowledge of grass cutting procedure's striming
Have good IT skills; be computer literate and familiar with all Microsoft packages.
Have a flexible approach and the capacity for sustained hard work.
Be capable of showing initiative
Preferably hold a digger / dumper ticket

Reporting to the General Manager the Food & Beverage Manager will act as Premises Supervisor for the complex, and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and bar and restaurant facilities to owners, holidaymakers and guests, as well as supervising, supporting and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the bar and restaurant.

Previous experience as a manager would be an advantage.

Tydd St Giles Golf & Country Club Golf Club

Head Chef - Full Time

Tydd St Giles Golf and Country Club is now recruiting for a full time Head Chef to join our team in our beautiful country estate set in the heart of the stunning Cambridgeshire Fens. Nestled on the Lincolnshire & Cambridgeshire borders.

In this position you will be required to cover evening service in Stables Bar and Grill, daytime service in Spikes, serving bar meals as well as catering for functions, providing quality food to club members, lodge owners, holidaymakers, guests and members of the public.

Additionally the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the kitchen team and for the preparation, cooking and serving of meals to a consistently high standard while ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen, as well as motivating the team.

You will be responsible for cost control and will liaise with the catering manager in ordering supplies and stock control.

The successful candidate will work well under pressure, previous experience in a similar role is essential as are the relevant food hygiene certificates.

This position involves working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
