Administration Assistant

Are you an experienced Administrator? We are looking for a hard working member of staff to join our Reservations department.

The successful applicant will be proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes including Excel and mail merge. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative is essential. This position involves report production and writing, applicants must have experience in this field.

Utilising an excellent telephone manner provide quality customer service ensuring all our customers are provided with all relevant information, that requirements are fulfilled and expectations are exceeded.

Reservations Advisor

Pure Leisure Group is looking for an experienced Reservations Advisor to join our friendly team. Based in Carnforth, the successful candidate will have outbound call center experience which is essential for this position and will work on a rota to include weekends and bank holidays.

The following are also essential:

  • To be target driven and want to exceed
  • Good computer skills – desirable if able to use RMS or similar, Excel, Word and email
  • Excellent communication skills – making the customer feel special, FCR
  • Be able to blend between Inbound and Outbound calls

Current Park Based Positions

Catering Manager - Tydd St Giles Golf & Country Club

Pure Leisure Group is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Tydd St Giles Golf and Country Club to manage our food operation and develop our restaurant. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a busy restaurant and be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

They will be responsible for ensuring our restaurant standards are maintained to the highest level, offering a quality operation and being responsible for:

  • Restaurant budget and working closely with the Park Manager to ensure the profitability of the restaurant
  • Introducing new ideas to improve the presentation of our restaurant
  • Working with our Head Chef to develop exciting menus
  • Meeting all deadlines and targets in a timely manner
  • Developing our events and wedding programme
  • Health & safety compliance
  • Processing customer payments
  • Staff training and development
  • Proactively undertaking general restaurant duties as required (e.g. maintaining stock levels, ordering stock)
  • Great customer service skills to ensure a fabulous customer experience, dealing promptly with queries
  • Additionally the successful candidate will be:
  • A hands on manager, results driven
  • Trustworthy and able to take on responsibility
  • Capable of teamwork: supporting and working with a good, already established close knit team and having the ability to manage, motivate and inspire them
  • Commercially aware

Receptionist/Administrator – Bridlington Links

Are you an experienced Administrator who likes dealing with the public? We are looking for a hard working member of staff to join our team at Bridlington Golf and Leisure Estate. The successful applicant will be required to provide support for all departments as well as the management team.

Applicants must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes including Excel and mail merge, have great time management, excellent attention to detail and being able to work as part of a team and under own initiative is essential. This position involves: cash handling and daily reconciliation (a basic knowledge of accounting would be an advantage but not essential) report production and writing (applicants must have experience in this field).

This is a customer facing position and excellent customer service skills are required as well as an exceptional telephone manner to provide quality customer service to all our customers ensuring they are provided with all relevant information, that requirements are fulfilled and expectations are exceeded. This is a full time position which includes working weekends, bank holidays and possibly the odd evening when required.
